How does the early-bird cost match work?
Tell us about your current Shopify setup and costs. We will review them with you and confirm your matched monthly price before you switch. The agreed offer and what it covers will be written into your proposal.
Do we pay for the build upfront?
Your store is built and managed through a monthly subscription, rather than a large upfront build fee. We agree the price and project plan with you before work starts.
Is StoreFoundry a website builder?
No. We build and manage your store with you. You get a custom store you own, not a theme you have to assemble yourself. Our team handles the design, development, and ongoing care.
How much can we customize?
Customization is unlimited. Your design, shopping journey, and business workflows can be shaped around how you sell, rather than restricted to a theme. We agree what you need and plan the work with you.
Can you move our existing store?
Migration is part of our service. We first review your catalog, customer and order data, integrations, and URLs. Then we agree the migration scope, test the replacement, and plan the switch while your existing store stays live.
Do we need every feature listed here?
No. Our commerce features are included in your monthly subscription, and we enable what fits your business. There are no separate app subscriptions to buy for these features. Any external services and their costs are agreed before the build.
What happens after launch?
StoreFoundry hosts, maintains, and supports your store. We agree the support scope and operating responsibilities with you. You do not need to coordinate separate teams for your storefront and commerce backend.
Do we own the store?
Yes. You own your store, brand, domain, and merchant data. StoreFoundry manages the hosting, maintenance, and support. Ownership and handover terms are documented in your agreement.
